How can I access and review lead inquiries submitted through my website?

Effectively managing lead inquiries from your website is essential for nurturing potential customer relationships. This guide will provide step-by-step instructions for categorizing and viewing lead inquiries from contact forms, lead generation forms, and subscribe forms to optimize your lead management process.

Once the information is submitted, you will receive an email notification informing you that a form has been submitted on your website, along with a direct link to access your site.

To access and review lead inquiries submitted through the website, simply click on the envelope icon located next to your name in the top right corner of the screen.

The inquiry screen will be visible, allowing you to view various received notifications, such as subscription, lead generation, and contact form submissions.

To view the content of the form notification, click on the blue text associated with the form type. For this example, I have opened the subscribed content. The text will be displayed on the right along with the relevant information. The "Subscribe" text will no longer be bold, indicating that the inquiry has been read.

You have the option to delete inquiries, it is important to note that once deleted, the inquiry will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered by Broadridge.
